5 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Estimated Delivery Times
Mareka Srl delivers the products ordered by the User through its trusted courier, GLS Express.
Standard delivery occurs within 24 business hours from the shipping date for Italy, except for islands and remote areas, which may require up to 48 hours. For all other countries, delivery times will vary from 72 to 96 hours.
Orders are processed within 24 business hours of receipt, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery times are:
• Northern and Central Italy: about 24 hours
• Southern Italy, Islands, and Remote Areas: about 24/48 hours
• European Union Countries: about 48/96 hours
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, and no deliveries are made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Additionally, delivery times may be affected by:
• Public holidays
• Delivery difficulties at the provided address
• Issues directly attributable to the courier
• Issues not attributable to Wallafishing and over which we cannot intervene (e.g., transport strikes, etc.).
In the absence of a specified delivery deadline, delivery will occur within thirty days from the date the contract is concluded.
There are no delivery restrictions except as indicated on the Website and/or Product Sheet.
5.2 Shipping Costs
Delivery is paid according to the following rates:
We offer shipping with GLS Express Courier, ensuring safe delivery to: Italy (including islands) and European Union countries.
The cost for GLS Standard Shipping is €7.50 and free for orders over €99 within Italy.
For EU countries: the GLS Standard Europa rate is €13,00.
5.3 Delivery and Risk Transfer of Products
Under Article 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/packaging of the Products must be immediately contested by the User by placing a written reservation on the delivery confirmation.
It is understood that once the delivery document is signed without any objections, any exceptions regarding the external characteristics of the delivered product will be excluded.
It is the User’s responsibility to verify the condition of the delivered product.
Provided that the risk of loss or damage to the product, for reasons not attributable to Mareka Srl, is transferred when the User or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the product, Mareka Srl recommends that the User check the number of products received and ensure the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the closure materials.
The User is advised, in their own interest, to indicate any anomalies on the carrier’s transport document and accept the package with reservation.
In case of evident signs of tampering or alteration of the packaging, the User should promptly inform Mareka Srl. However, the legal right of withdrawal (if applicable to the product) and the legal warranty of conformity remain applicable.
5.4 Tracking
After receiving the Shipping Confirmation email, the User will receive the tracking number via email and can check the status of the shipment.
5.5 Delivery Policy, Delays, or Missed Deliveries
At the time of delivery, the User or an authorized third party must be present to receive the product and sign the transport document.
If the product is not delivered within the timeframe indicated in the Shipping Confirmation email, the User can contact Mareka Srl as indicated on the website via email at info@wallafishing.com or by phone at +(39) 351 3878045 from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding weekends and holidays.
Standard delivery does not include delivery to the floor or installation of the product.
It is specified that Mareka Srl guarantees standard delivery service only if the delivery location provided by the User is accessible by the courier’s vehicle. If the delivery address, as provided by the User at the time of purchase, is not accessible by the courier’s vehicle, Mareka Srl will not be able to complete the delivery and will notify the User within 5 business days (hereafter “Missed Delivery Notification”).
The purchased product will not be delivered to the User, who must contact Mareka Srl within 5 days from the Missed Delivery Notification to arrange for product pickup.
The pickup will be at the User’s expense and must be completed within 30 days of receiving the Missed Delivery Notification. If the User does not pick up the product within the 30-day period, Mareka Srl will cancel the order and refund the amount paid in accordance with Article 3.3. above.
The risk of loss or damage to the product, for reasons not attributable to Mareka Srl, is transferred to the User when the product is physically in their possession or in the possession of a third party designated by them to collect the product.
The User can, within 5 business days of purchase, contact Customer Service by email at info@wallafishing.com or call +(39) 351 3878045 from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding weekends and holidays. An operator will collect the necessary information to arrange the pickup, particularly:
• The order code
• Full name
• Pickup address (must match the delivery address)

6 RETURNS Return Policy
6.1 Return Terms
The period during which the User can request a return is 14 days from receipt of the order.
6.2 Return Conditions
The products must be returned intact, unused, and in the original packaging.
6.3 Return Procedure
The User can exercise the right to return the online purchase (if the conditions for exercising the return right are met) by requesting a return form in writing and sending it to the email address:

The following information must be provided:
• User’s Name and Surname
• Order number and date
• The item(s) the User intends to return
The User will receive confirmation of the return request and instructions on how to proceed with the return of the items.
When preparing the return package, the User must ensure that the item(s) are in new condition, unused, in the original packaging, with all attached and intact labels, and that the return document is included. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the User.
The User is informed that the return costs are not refunded in case of withdrawal.
6.4 Return Shipping Address
